The Tongji University TJAD iSpace project, deployed on a cloud service platform, utilizes a wide range of advanced spatial sensors, automated logic, and data analysis with AI diagnostic algorithms. It showcases next-generation trends and concepts in digital smart spaces. The project adopts our company's Niagara IoT framework and industry-leading wireless spatial perception sensors to establish a human-centric, self-learning, self-diagnosing, and self-optimizing automated environmental control system.

Vergesense is an AI-driven intelligent space analysis system that leverages computer vision and deep learning technologies. It analyzes the impact of spatial design and furniture layouts on employee behavior, while also tracking occupancy counts across different office areas. Unlike traditional infrared detection, Vergesense’s proprietary computer vision technology enables more accurate identification of space usage, as well as the movement of people and objects within the office environment. Through the deployment of Vergesense sensors, this project has successfully implemented advanced data applications including workstation reservation, spatial analytics, and interactive dashboard visualization.

Dali 2.0 Digital Lightning, Reset certified IAQ system, meeting room AV system, IT room environmental control & power monitoring system, web GUI & analytics.

Non-Invasive Intelligent Transformation, Achieving zero-downtime transformation through external 4G communication modules on traditional meters. The DeepSeek AI engine provides real-time energy consumption analysis and prediction, achieving a leapfrog upgrade from data monitoring to intelligent decision-making, building an efficient and intelligent energy management ecosystem for enterprises.

The system provides real-time monitoring, recording, and evaluation of air quality in Chinese offices, assessing key indicators that impact employee health and productivity—including CO₂, PM2.5, and TVOC. It analyzes the efficiency of fresh air ventilation systems and estimates the risk of infections such as mold, asthma, and COVID-19. By doing so, it helps safeguard employee health, enhance productivity, and potentially reduce sick leave rates. This solution has been deployed at the headquarters of multiple Fortune 500 companies, including Saint-Gobain, Pernod Ricard, GSK, and Hony Capital.

Provides remote maintenance and full oversight for the environmental control systems across Nomura’s APAC IT infrastructure (ex-Japan). The solution ensures high-availability operation by actively managing critical equipment—including PDUs, UPS, ATS, and leak/fire alarms—via standard protocols (BACnet IP, SNMP, Modbus TCP), and features end-to-end automation of operational reporting for the regional headquarters.

We delivered a comprehensive IoT solution for the energy retrofit of the Osaka Subway Complex. Our Niagara-based system integrates secure cloud connectivity, high-availability architecture, and intelligent optimization.

At GE Digital Foundry—GE Asia Pacific’s headquarters and exhibition center—Gline has deployed an eliteDali digital lighting system and established a digital environment model. This setup supports preset scene modes, allowing for swift, intelligent control of environmental parameters.

The platform enables seamless BIM integration and establishes a variety of data analysis models. It brings together multiple subsystems—such as digital conference rooms, intelligent lighting, fan coil control, energy consumption analysis, station monitoring, electrical circuit management, and visual access control—on a unified intelligent platform.

The system significantly reduces operational expenses and delivers a full return on investment within the first year. It enables intelligent control of individual VRV units, allowing personalized temperature settings to meet employee comfort needs. Additionally, automated scheduling turns off AC during breaks and after hours, substantially reducing facility management workload.

Project is based on Signify (Philips Lighting) DALI 2 protocol, deployed full digital control and diagnosis system. Realized "human centric lighting" with dual color automatic control, such as circadian rhythm lighting to improve production and comfort. Lighting system has been seamlessly integrated with Crestron AV system.

Achieving seamless integration with Huawei’s IoT smart office platform, we deployed a cable-free restroom monitoring system using EnOcean self-powered wireless door locks. This solution enables real-time digital space tracking, reduces installation time and cost by over 50%, and supports scalable, sustainable facility management while aligning with green building goals.

By seamlessly connecting with Crestron system and intelligently setting the system scene, the digital space can achieve 0.1% high-precision digital dimming to meet the most comfortable illumination environment for human eyes.

Our intelligent lighting solution delivers precise illuminance and preset scene control, aligned with rigorous photometric standards. It offers advanced capabilities including digital dimming, real-time monitoring of each lamp’s output, lifespan, and status, and supports the DALI-2 protocol. This enables seamless scheduling and remote maintenance, ensuring optimal performance while significantly reducing operational effort.

This large-scale distribution center spans 33,000 sqm, divided into six major storage zones featuring 105 rack aisles and a clear height of 12-15 meters. The facility is equipped with a full suite of electromechanical systems—including intelligent lighting, ventilation, high-volume fans, fire and security systems, and an intelligent broadcasting system—all operated in accordance with Walmart North America’s logistics center standards, achieving 70% energy savings compared to conventional manual operations.

It provides real-time visibility into corporate energy consumption, enabling the management of overall balance, anomaly detection, and monitoring of critical processes and facilities. This data is foundational for driving analytics, generating reports, and facilitating performance assessments.

The fan coil units and EnOcean self-powered wireless sensors are integrated with the local BMS and connected to Envision Group’s EnOS platform, enabling automatic mode switching when spaces are unoccupied, while allowing users to control zonal HVAC via a mobile app when occupied. The wireless sensors deliver space-occupancy analytics, helping customers assess asset utilization and intelligently adjust environmental facilities—such as air conditioning, fresh air supply, lighting, and air quality monitoring. All data exchanges in real time with the Envision cloud service platform through a bidirectional interface.
