The Tongji University TJAD Smart Space project on the cloud service platform has implemented a large number of advanced spatial sensors, automated logic, and data analysis along with AI diagnostic algorithms. This demonstrates the trends and concepts for the next generation of digital smart spaces. The project employs our company's Niagara IoT architecture, using industry-leading wireless spatial perception sensors to establish a human-centric self-learning, self-diagnostic, and self-optimizing environmental automation control system.
Vergesense是一家AI驱动的计算视觉和深度学习的智能空间分析系统,可以分析空间设计、家具设置对员工行为的影响,计算视觉计算各个办公空间的人数,相对传统的红外识别,该公司独创计算视觉识别可以更准确判定空间占用,以及办公环境的物品和人的移动。通过Vergesense传感器的部署,该项目实现了与工位预定、工位分析、前端大屏展示的数据深度应用。
Vergesense is an AI-driven computer vision and deep learning intelligent space analysis system. It can analyze the impact of space design and furniture settings on employee behavior, and calculate the number of people in each office space. Compared with traditional infrared recognition, the company's original computer vision Recognition can more accurately determine space occupancy, as well as the movement of objects and people in the office environment. Through the deployment of Vergesense sensors, the project has realized the in-depth application of data related to workstation booking, space analysis, and dashboard display in the office.

The IAQ of all office space areas are monitored, recorded and evaluated in the real time. All critical parameters that may influence employee health & productivity such as CO2, PM2.5, VOC are captured. The system can evaluate the efficiency of ventilation system. Risks of Mold, Asthma, Covid infection can be well tracked, which will protect employees' health, minimize sick leave and improve the overall productivity.

远程托管野村的机房环控系统,通过BACnet IP、SNMP、Modbus TCP,管理机房环境设备,PDU、UPS、ATS、漏水及消防报警,定期自动生成运维报告提交野村APAC地区总部
Remote hosting the environmental control system of Nomura's IT rooms in APAC (excl. Japan), managing the equipments of the IT room incl. PDU, UPS, ATS, water leakage and fire alarm through BACnet IP, SNMP and Modbus TCP, and automatically generating operation and maintenance reports and submitting to Nomura's APAC regional headquarters.

该项目总面积为 33000 平米,中心分成 6 个大型仓储物流区域,包括:卸货区、分拣区、各商品分类储藏区、以及公共通道等。货架通道为 105 个,仓库高度为 12-15 米高,部署的机电设备包括照明设备、通风设备、大型风机、消防及安防设备、智能广播系统等,仓库的各机电设备的运行标准按沃尔玛北美物流中心的标准执行,相对于传统手动系统,提供70%的能耗节省
The total area is 33000 sqm. The DC is divided into six large storage and logistics areas with 105 shelf channels and the warehouse is 12-15m high. The deployed electromechanical equipment includes lighting equipment, ventilation equipment, large fan, fire and security equipment, intelligent broadcasting system, etc. The operation standard of each electromechanical equipment in the warehouse is implemented according to the standard of Walmart North America logistics center, which provides 70% energy saving compared with the traditional manual system.

风机盘管、异能森无线感应器集成于本地的BMS系统,并上传到远景集团EnOs平台,实现无人时自动切换模式,有人时用户可通过APP控制区域空调。无线自获能感应器提供空间占用的数据分析,用于客户计算资产利用率及智能调整相关环境设施,例如空调、新风、照明、空气质量监控等;所有数据与远景云服务平台实现了实时双向对接。
The FCUs and EnOcean occupancy sensors are integrated into the local BMS system and uploaded to the EnOs platform to realize the unmanned automatic control. When the space is occupied, the user can control the regional HVAC by EnOs app. The wireless occupancy sensor provides data analysis of space occupation for customers to calculate asset utilizatiion and intelligently adjust relevant environmental facilities, such as air conditioning, fresh air, lightning, etc. All data and Envision cloud service platform have realized real-time two-way communication.
